Aarons 3D Prints SD LLC is a veteran-owned small business in San Diego, California. Every item is 3D printed to order in the colors and materials you choose, and we want you to be happy with it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Fit issues
Our inserts are modeled around specific tool and case model numbers listed on each product page. If an insert does not fit the listed tool and case, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and the model numbers of your tool and case. We will work with you on a replacement, an adjusted print, or a refund.
Change of mind
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or color preference. Please check the listed tool and case model numbers before ordering, and message us if you are not sure.
Custom designs
Custom and personalized designs are not returnable, except for damage or print defects.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, or any time before your item starts printing. Contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
